Senior Designer Julia Eissing’s design expertise shines with this Häcker kitchen in The Lakes, a testament to Classic Elegance fused seamlessly with everyday functionality. The homeowners’ aspiration was for a classic aesthetic while considering practicalities for their lifestyle with a young child. Although they aimed for a timeless appeal with island seating, they ultimately opted for a round low-seating dining table, ideal for breakfasts and quick meals with their toddler.

In line with the villa’s classic style, the kitchen design aimed for seamless integration with the rest of the living spaces. Ensuring an inviting atmosphere was paramount, along with the flexibility for both open-plan living and the option to create separation when needed, especially during entertaining occasions. Additional sliding doors were planned for privacy when desired, ensuring uninterrupted workflow, particularly with staff working in the kitchen.

Emphasising quality was a top priority, the homeowners selected high-end materials and appliances for their kitchen space. Julia chose solid wood fronts in Crema Magnolia colour paired with Coral Clay countertop by Silestone in combination with stainless steel to match the Miele appliances and create a refined aesthetic that resonated with the homeowners’ discerning taste.
